Service Terms and Conditions

• All guests making use of the facilities at SMAC ADVENTURES do so at entirely his/her own risk, sober and in appropriate clothing.
• SMAC ADVENTURES will not be held liable and/or responsible for any loss, injury, damages, death and/or compensation of whatsoever as a result thereof.
• All guests are responsible for his/her personal belongings. SMAC ADVENTURES will not be held liable for any loss or damage thereof.
• All guests must be medically fit to participate in activities of this nature.
• All guests are required to complete a disclaimer form prior to taking part in any activity.
• By entering into an agreement with SMAC ADVENTURES, all guests waive any claim arising against SMAC ADVENTURES, or its members, employees or third party.
• In the event of rain, the activities may be cancelled at the guide’s discretion. In the event of rain during the activity clothing may become soiled and SMAC ADVENTURES will not be held liable for any dirt or damages as a result thereof.
• Guests are required to understand fully what is expected of them prior to taking part in any of the activities.
• Guests are to adhere to all instructions, rules and regulations at all times.
• Ziplining backwards or upside down is not recommended.
• No loose hanging clothes may be worn such as scarves, dresses etc.
• Long hair must be tied back.
• Jewelry worn at own risk.
• Be sure to empty your pockets before activities.
• Closed or secure shoes are to be worn for the zipline and climbing shoes will be provided.
• No individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol may use the facilities.
• SMAC ADVENTURES employees reserve the right to refuse access to anyone not obeying these conditions.
